A polychrome ceramic plemochoe (kothon) attributed to the ’Wolfe Painter'; the frieze around the body divided by three spool-shaped and perforated handles, a dotted frieze around the rim, concentric circles to the underside and interior of the vessel. 414 grams, 17.5cm (7''"). From a Swedish private collection; previously published in Katalog Kunst der Antike in 1995; formaery in the collection of H.W., Berlin, Germany; acquired between 1978-1992. Fine condition.
