19th-16th century BC. A pillow-shaped ceramic tablet with incised cuneiform text to both broad faces, the reverse with a large incised 'X' probably denoting a simple plan of a field. See Collon, D. From the property of a London gentleman; formerly in the collection of the late Professor Georffrey Wilson of Lamington Spa, Warkwickshire, UK. Fine condition.
