A carved limestone(?) figure of a seated male in a voluminous pleated robe with left hand cupped and right hand extended, the face clean-shaven and hair carefully dressed with wreath to the brow; mounted on a custom-made stand. 193 grams, 11cm including stand (4 1/4"). Property of a UK gentleman; acquired from the family collection of Mr H.S.; accompanied by a copy of an Art Loss Register certificate. Fine condition. Rare.
