此件盘以红木嵌楠木瘿，做成罄形。另外在两侧还有抽屉可以抽拉。此件亦为唐云自用的器物，应该是当时放置文房用具及印章的装置。文房用具难得做的雅致，此件在造型仿造古代的玉罄，类似的形制在故宫藏乾隆填金龙纹碧玉罄可看到，罄生悠扬，因此此件文具盒属于文房雅器中特别之物，殊为难得。来源:唐云旧藏参阅:故宫博物院藏碧玉描金云龙特磬
