A painter of Leonese origin, Nadir began his artistic education in his native land, studying Art History at the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts. In 1989, he held his first exhibition and this was the beginning of a very prolific career that has led him to exhibit internationally, notably at the International Contemporary Art Fair in Toronto, Tokyo and Stockholm and at the International Biennial of Contemporary Art in Florence. During his career he has worked with a realistic aesthetic language, and in 2008 he defined it with the word "techno-hyperrealism", about which he wrote an essay.
