Description: Very fine Chinese jade ceremonial libation cup, carved in a bell shaped vessel, with squared corners and raised on fish shaped cabriole legs. The oval galley mouth elevated from steep sides and narrow cavetto. The curved spout on the rim broadly elevated and scrolled downward on the tip. The handle in open-work carved archaic motif supporting the Chilong dragon on the rim. The exterior delicately carved in shallow reliefs with geometrical archaic motif surrounding the centralized Longevity Shou medallion. Group of leaping fishes on foot beneath the QiLin mask holding free ring. The jade libation cup show pale-celadon color, with extreme clean even tone and moist milky appearance.
