Description: Blade: Shinogizukuri form with iorimune. Itame-hada, notare-hamon with nie. The tang in mumei, ubu, one mekugi-ana, the end inyamagata, the yasurime with barely recognizable sujikai. Mountings: Elegant lacquer saya with thousands of extremely fine red dots against shiny black lacquer kuro-urushi. The end of the saya bears a bronze mounting, partially ribbed and partially floral as well as inome. Kozuka missing. The round iron tsuba with one hitsu features kiku blossoms (chrysanthemum). The decoration of the fuchi-kashira is also floral, but includes the head of a sickle. Bronze menuki with gilding featuring floral growth.
