A Chinese blue and white ‘immortals’ bowl, the rounded sides rising from an inverted foot to a slightly flaring rim, the exterior painted with the Eight Immortals above swirling waves, the interior with the Three Star Gods, the base with the mark, bao shan zhai zhi, (made for the study for the precious and virtuous), 15cm diameter, Qing dynasty, Daoguang period Provenance: Orientique Gallery, Hong Kong 中国清道光青花八仙碗,圆边自外翻足升至轻微喇叭状口沿,外绘八仙于翻卷波涛之上,内绘三星神,底部有“宝山斋制”字款,直径15厘米 来源:香港吉庆堂画廊 CONDITION: This bowl has been broken into five pieces and glued together.
