A Chinese blue glazed bowl and a blue glazed dish, Jingwei Tang Zhi hall marks in underglaze blue within double squares, the exterior of each covered with a deep dark blue glaze, dressed with an iron-brown rim, the interiors in white 9.8cm and 10.7cm diameter respectively, Jiaquing period, 18th century (2) The hall mark ‘Made for the Hall of Reverent Awe’ was made for vessels in blue and celadon glazes, dressed with iron-brown rims of various shapes and sizes, which indicates that these may have been made in larger sets.
