A LARGE LOBED QINGBAI GLAZED PORCELAIN BOWLChina, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or earlier. With slightly rounded sides rising from a short ring foot to a lobed rim, incised on the inside with swirling patterns forming a lotus flower. Applied with a pale ivory hued Qingbai glaze, the recessed base unglazed, revealing the buff ware.Condition: Good condition, some wear, light surface scratches, and firing flaws including firing cracks, dark spots, glaze pooling, glaze recesses, and glaze crackles to one side. Provenance: From the collection of Teddy Hahn, Darmstadt, and thence by descent to the present owner.
