A GROUP OF FOUR PORCELAIN ITEMS, QINGChina, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or slightly later. The first a porcelain tazza with a barbed rim, finely decorated in bright enamels, depicting a dense floral composition. The second a porcelain ginger jar of globular form, with a short cylindrical neck, painted in underglaze blue with blossoming prunus trees, and with a wooden cover. The third an enameled porcelain bowl, the exterior painted with deities and floral motifs on a pink ground, with bands of scrolling vines and geometric designs. The fourth a blue and white porcelain tazza with a barbed rim, decorated with a dense arrangement of flowers. Condition: Overall good condition with surface wear, wear to the enamels, and manufacturing irregularities including pitting and dark spots. The ginger jar with a hairline crack to the body. The bowl with several chips to the rim, and losses to the enamels. The blue and white tazza with a tiny chip to the rim. Provenance: Austrian private collection.
