A substantial bronze disc-pommel from a sword with tapering transverse slot; reverse with lightly incised pattern of six radiating lines; obverse with blue enamelled field, reserved lion rampant regardant beside a standing figure in knee-length robe with left hand on his hip, raised rim with incised border. 121.6 grams, 48mm (2").
