盤造型簡約，形製優雅，敞口，口沿包銀口。盤身內外及圈足皆施白釉，釉面光潔、胎體輕薄，呈現象牙般的質感，隽永而淡恬，屬同類器物中的精品。盤內壁弦纹内暗刻龍紋，紋飾簡潔，線條清晰流暢；外壁浮雕重蓮瓣紋一周，優雅大方。此件白釉盤胎、釉、形、紋飾無一不佳，簡潔而優雅、華貴而含蓄，乃定窯之佳作。定窯爲宋朝瓷業之代表，深得社會和後世所推崇，元人劉祁《歸潛志》賦詩贊曰“定州花瓷瓯，顔色天下白”。明初曹昭《格古要論》中稱道：“古定窯器土脈細膩，色白而有滋潤者爲貴”。A RARE CARVED ‘DRAGON’ DINGYAO DISHSong Dynasty(960-1279)
