Chinese Qing porcelain square flower pot, thick potted with straight sides, flat base raised on four shaped short foot, with flat square opening. The exterior hand painted in grisaille the four gentlemen. The plum blossom, the orchid, the bamboo, and the chrysanthemum on each side panel. All reserved over a pale-yellow underglazed ground. Below the mouth rim on each panel, is inscribed in iron red, a Tian Di Yi Jia Chun seal mark. Four red script characters encircled the hollowed central under base.
