Chinese Qing porcelain Zun vase is stoutly potted in form of traditional squared Zun vessel, of semi-rectangular pear shape with grooved edges, bottom-heavy body gently raised the wider prominent neck further to the rectangular opening. Two cylindrical ears flanked on the neck. All reserved in pale-green under glazed with densely clear speckles, thinning to brown at the mouth-rim. The green glaze creates a mottled effect around the rim which is likened unto the blushing of human skin. The immaculate porcelain body covered with a characteristic silky glaze, amazing crackling effect throughout the underglaze which produces fantastic a smooth textured surface. The foot rim remains unglazed, revealed deep-brown ground with speckles of firing marks. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.
