Painted in a vivid yet traditional Famille Verte color palette dominated by green enamels with some blue, yellow and aubergine as well ironred over the glaze.. China, Kangxi period (1661-1722)

Artistically painted to depict a courtly audience with a high ranked official sitting behind a table to receive presents by several officers.

Shape: Cylindric, sprawling form with a broad, flattened foot rim and a white glazed base, the inside white glazed, the upper rim unglazed.
Dimensions: Height 29.5 cm.
Condition: Some wear and signs of age, minor surface scratching here and there, one crack goes around the whole vase and has been restored, but absolutely no missing pieces.
Provenance: Old Austrian private collection.
