Large continuous composition over all the three panels. Large and vividly painted depiction of an idealized village scene. In the foreground, a forest glade with several pines and other trees. Stretching all over the middle and background, the outskirts of a village with small houses and shops. In front of these architectural elements a market scene with vendors and animals in bamboo cages attended by bargaining customers. On the far left of this scene, a tea shop, into which a group of musicians has just entered. Three women curiously watching this scene, hidden behind a wall. Densely populated scene with great attention to small interesting details. Verso on the frame an old Austrian transport label.

Condition: Overall good age-related condition with some staining and smaller ripped parts and cracks, some wear and losses to the paper surface, the colors well preserved
