A Chinese Qing Dynasty ruby-red glazed porcelain Zun Vase. Large bulbous body fashioned with sheep-head pendants that are placed along the shoulder line. Various birds perch high above the ground in beautiful cherry blossom limbs. The ruby-red glaze background is balanced, elegant and exquisite. This piece displays a subtle sheen as the light ricochets across the finely glazed exterior. Mark on base, a six blue underglazed seal script -ZhuanShu- characters, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing Dynasty.
