A gorgeous Chinese tea-dust glazed Zun vase. The body is semi-rectangular bulbous body, elongated neck with slightly waisted to wide opening. Two ear-shaped handles flank the neck. Uniform thickness of applied 'glaze throughout. Encased in copper-red monochrome underglaze. The immaculate porcelain body is covered with a characteristic silky glaze, with various striations throughout the finish. The color is balanced, elegant and exquisite. This piece displays a subtle sheen as the light ricochets across the finely glazed exterior. Mark on base, a six seal script -ZhuanShu- characters, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing Dynasty.
